Methods of service

Remote

If you have an active Internet connection and the service is related to software or training, we can often do the work remotely. You will receive an email with a link to authorize remote control of your computer. You can choose to either watch or not, it's up to you. The minimum time charged for remote service is ½ hour.

On-Site

If a remote session is not practical, we can come to you. Depending on the service needed we can complete the work either at your location, or at our shop, either way we do the legwork so you don't have to. The minimum time charged for on-site service is 1 hour.

• Viruses/Malware

  Computers can get viruses and malicious software in a variety of ways. We can remove them for you and protect you in the future.

  After we use our computers over time, they slow down. We optimize your system to get the most speed out of it possible.

  From your operating system to your office product, software issues abound. If you are having any trouble getting software to do what you want it to do, or if something used to work but it doesn't anymore, give us a call.

• Hardware issues

  Broken laptop screens, charging problems, missing keyboard keys, or anything else hardware related we can handle.

• Network/WiFi setup

  With many of us getting more and more Internet connected devices in our housholds, a home network is a must. We install, configure, and most importantly secure networks for you.

• Backup/Data protection

  All hard drives eventually fail, often with little or no warning. Most of us have irreplacible data on our hard drives such as, family photos, tax documents, etc. Because of this, backups are essential. We can recommend, install and configure a backup solution for you that will securely safeguard your data. No longer will you need to fear data loss.
