Methods of service
If you have an active Internet connection and the service is related to software or training, we can often do the work remotely. You will receive an email with a link to authorize remote control of your computer. You can choose to either watch or not, it's up to you. The minimum time charged for remote service is ½ hour.
If a remote session is not practical, we can come to you. Depending on the service needed we can complete the work either at your location, or at our shop, either way we do the legwork so you don't have to. The minimum time charged for on-site service is 1 hour.
